Red Belcher is an all-in combo deck that largely ignores the opponent and tries to assemble the game-winning combo as fast as possible. Most of the wins comes from Goblin Charbelcher - we technically don’t play any lands at all. Once you activate the cannon, it deals as much damage to the target as you have cards in the library. The secondary win con that lets the deck function and decrease the odds of nongames is Stormscale Dragon - when it’s played after a bunch of rituals, a bunch of Dragons is usually enough to finish the game shortly after.
